Avoid modules/plugins that completely take over the editing process in a proprietary way:
Such high-end tools are not suitable for content management by typical non-technical-minded communications staff
Instead, use conventional, well-known methods for building pages (e.g. Layout Builder in Drupal and Gutenberg in WordPress)
